Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Maximum recommended daily dose: 3 capsules. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening after meals. DO NOT TAKE DURING PREGNANCY.
