HOW TO USE
It is recommended to take 1-2 gummies per day. Start at least 30 days before sun exposure and continue during the same.

WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not use after the expiration date. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in unopened packaging and properly stored. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
