INGREDIENTS Fish Oil standardized to 18% EPA and 12% DHA TG; Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis L.) standardized to 10% GLA; Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) standardized to 65% CLA; gelatin capsule (food gelatin, resistance agent: glycerol); Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol).

HOW TO USE: take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 capsules half an hour before lunch with water.
