Keratin is a protein composed of long fibrous chains of sulfur-containing amino acids (including cysteine) interspersed with various vitamins and trace elements. Thanks to the various sulfur atoms, the keratin chains can maintain a tight cohesion, wrapping themselves in a helix-like structure. It is these bonds, called sulfur bridges, that ensure the rigidity and solidity of hair and hair. Hydrolyzed keratin sol. 25%, being similar to the keratin naturally present in the hair, performs a substantive, protective, volumizing, and film-forming activity. It is therefore useful in all products intended for hair stressed and damaged by aggressive treatments and is also indicated in restructuring products for eyelashes and nails.

Uses
Hydrolyzed Keratin sol. 25% is indicated for treating dry, weak, dull, and stressed hair from aggressive treatments. It can be included in serums, shampoos, conditioners, masks, restructuring leave-ins, and volumizing sprays. It is also often included in strengthening products for nails and eyelashes.
