The Matt W&D eyeshadow can be used both dry and wet to ensure strong writing and long-lasting performance. Suitable for corrective eye makeup, it blends easily giving intensity to the gaze; its application does not require an eye primer. If you want to apply it “wet,” it is recommended that the eyelid be completely clean (no primer, no serum, no concealer, etc.). Product to be applied with a professional makeup brush.
